Mr. Martin Hirt
Managing Partne, McKinsey&Company, Inc.

Martin Hirt is the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company's Taipei office, which he joined in 1997 after working in McKinsey's Frankfurt, Los Angeles, and Kuala Lumpur offices. He has extensive experience with telecommunications and high-tech clients and is a co-leader of McKinsey's Asia/Pacific High-Tech Practice. Since joining McKinsey in 1993, he has focused primarily on the areas of strategy development, organizational performance, and operational improvements for leading companies in Greater China, the US, and Europe.
Recent projects include developing the group-level growth strategy for a leading high-tech ODM, shaping the product line strategy and product development process for a Taiwanese PC ODM, formulating a strategy and pricing tactics for a producer of high-tech components, and leading the reengineering of a major computer ODM in Taiwan.
Mr. Hirt holds a masters degree with honors in Engineering from Fridericiana University in Karlsruhe, Germany, where he received a scholarship from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Heung-pil Peter
Senior Manager, Supplier Relations Management, Global Management Group, LG Electronics
Mr. Heung-pil Lee is currently Senior Manager in the Supplier Relations Management Group for LG Electronics. HP Lee is responsible for initiating and implementing an eProcurement system for LG Electronics, which drastically changed the procurement process from off-line to an on- line system. Additionally, HP Lee is the Team Leader of e2Open’s Business Innovation Department representing LG Electronics. Previously HP Lee was the Chief of Purchasing for Europe operations and has spent over 16+ years with LG Electronics. Prior to LG Electronics, HP Lee spent 6 years with Daewoo in the Overseas Sales Management Department.

Mr. Chuck Boynton
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Commerce One

Chuck Boynton joined Commerce One in November 1999 as the director of financial planning and analysis. He was promoted to corporate controller and vice president of finance in 2001. Boynton has had a strong leadership role in architecting and managing the company's financial operations. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all finance functions including accounting, financial planning, taxation, treasury and investor relations.
Previously, Boynton held a number of senior finance positions for Kraft Foods, Inc., and gained exposure to sales and marketing through a cross-functional, managerial role. Prior to Kraft Foods, Inc., Boynton's experience included management positions in the technology practice at Grant Thornton. Boynton is a certified public accountant and holds a master's in business administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management as well as a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Mr. Rob Rachwald
Director of Marketing, Commerce One

Rob Rachwald is currently the Director of Marketing for Commerce One. Rob has held a variety of roles before joining the APAC team. Previously, Rob managed the release of Commerce One's enterprise software suite. Additionally, Rob managed the product marketing for one of Commerce One's most successful products, the Net Market Maker solution. Prior to Commerce One, Rob was an e-Business marketing manager with Intel for three years. Rob has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley.
